Sisense launched a refreshed identity and made the moves to position in a new category – Analytics Platform as a Service. To make it stick, they needed messaging that would build equity instead of becoming more outdated with each new product milestone.

Solution

Northbound broke analytics out of the dashboard with messaging focused on the sensory experience developers could create with Sisense - a sense of purpose, a sense of progress, and a sense of joy.

Result

We created messaging that competitors couldn’t co-opt, topped by a tagline that linked key differentiators to the company name - Analytics that make sense. We enabled teams across the company to leverage the messaging by conducting a series of cross-functional training sessions and arming storytelling leads with a playbook to stay on strategy.
